The Retail Box The retail box is the packaging one would normally find on a product. This packaging typically includes a manual, warranty, and other accessories that can be used with the product. The other option available, "OEM" packaging, is bulk packaging which does not include any of the End-User accessories mentioned above. At Computech, the purchase of a Retail Box will include a processor fan that has been certified by the manufacturer of the processor. In addition, all of the Retail Boxes include a 3-year manufacturer's warranty which will protect your investment against normal wear and tear and hardware failure. The Retail Boxes also typically include documentation provided by the manufacturer, as well as instructions on where to get technical support. |
